Re: Response to COVID-19 Crisis and Resultant Economic Challenge
Dear Friends and Colleagues:
As our existing clients consider the current and near-term business environment, which threatens, by any metric, unprecedented difficulties, our bankruptcy and restructuring practice is becoming busier, virtually by the day. and I wanted to bring you up to date, and encourage any of you, whether you are individuals, business partnerships, LLC's or corporations, facing difficulties, either as debtors or creditors, to reach out to me promptly to discuss any such problems, in order to formulate strategies to address them quickly and successfully. There is, of course, no obligation, until and unless a formal retainer is arranged.
As a small office we are certain to be very competitive as to cost. This, of course is (and should be) an important consideration for any person or entity; but more competitive pricing should not suggest any lack of quality service or sophisticated or creative strategic thinking and planning.
I have almost 40 years of experience representing both creditor and debtor sides of workouts and bankruptcy matters. Over that lengthy period, my clients have included debtors, creditors, creditors’ committees, numerous landlords, and virtually any and all constituencies that one might find in an insolvency scenario.
We are often the recipient of referrals from other law firms, which either lack a bankruptcy practice, or who have a conflict, and who understand that, as opposed to sending a valued client out for a specific problem, to a larger firm with a bankruptcy practice, and risking having that client "poached" by that other firm, we have no such designs, as we are not a full-service firm, and more importantly, the referral flow and loyalty to our friends and colleagues who send work our way is paramount.
I have appeared in Courts all over the U.S., and can help craft a solution to your problem wherever you are. Indeed, we have significant experience in Chapter 15 Cases, representing companies in foreign insolvency cases, who need their U.S. based assets protected.
I look forward to discussing your particular issue at our mutual convenience.
I can best be reached by phone or text, at (917) 885-2370, or via email (showarg@gmail.com). If I cannot get to your phone call, please be assured that I will return your call very promptly.
Please remember that there is no charge for an initial consultation, and that the sooner one starts to map out a strategic plan, the higher the probability of its success.
Sincerely,
Warren R. Graham
